Job or payment issue? Contact your tradie
TradieMate AI is an introduction and scheduling platform — we don't hold or process payment, so we can't help with money that's already been paid. For anything about the work, the price, a receipt or a refund, contact the tradie directly. Their phone number and email are on the booking and in your messages.
Platform feedback
This is an invite-only Beta, and your feedback helps us fix problems and shape what we build next. If you've found a bug, have a suggestion, or have a concern about how the platform works (not about a specific job), tell us through the in-app chat or by replying to any Beta invite email you received.
We don't yet have a dedicated support email address. When one is available, it will appear here.
